What is a Kuinkol?
A Kuinkol is a representation of your child, which you can put together with his or her characteristics and apply it to any product on the website.
Do I have to create a Kuinkol to buy a product?
Yes, all our products are customized through one Kuinkol.
How many Kuinkol can I create?
You can create as many Kuinkol as you want and apply them to any product on the site.
Can I apply two or more Kuinkols to the same product?
No, at this time we do not handle multiple Kuinkols at a time.
If I create a Kuinkol and don't want to buy the product yet, would I lose my creation?
No, all the Kuinkols you create will be saved to your account.

Sticky Labels Instructions
- Peel and stick to clean dry, smooth surface.
Stick your labels to smooth surfaces that are clean and dry. Surfaces that are not compatible include plastics that contain high silicon (non-stick), plastics with a greasy feel, and plastics with a highly textured surface. These products are not suitable for clothes and fabric. - Rub firmly to ensure strong contact.
The adhesive on our labels is pressure-activated and will only adhere best after sufficient pressure is applied. Once in place, rub firmly, applying pressure over the whole label, especially the edges avoiding any air bubbles between the sticker and the object. - Wait for 24hrs before putting the item into a dishwasher, microwave or freezer for the first time.
- Items in dishwashers should be placed on the top shelf, as they are not suitable for high temperature settings such as ‘pots and pans’.
Safety tip: These labels must be applied by an adult or under adult supervision. Our labels are not toys. Check regularly that the labels remain well stuck and keep a keen eye on your children. Remove any stickers that are worn out or have started peeling off immediately
Iron-on Labels Instructions
- Peel to remove clothing label from backing and place face up on fabric so that the text is visible.
- Cover the iron-on label with the supplied parchment paper and iron over with a DRY iron set to between MEDIUM and HOT.
- Press iron firmly over the label for 15 seconds. Repeat as needed to ensure the label is firmly applied and not lifting at any edge
- Allow to cool before use.
- Wait 48 hours before the first washing.
Note: If the label does not hold, your iron was probably not hot enough. However, the label may melt if the iron is too hot. Note that the label is placed permanently and cannot be removed.
Shoes Labels Instructions
- Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
- Stick the label in place.
- Rub firmly to ensure there are no air bubbles.

Do I have to create an account to buy a product?
Yes, you do have to create an account. By creating an account at kuinkol.com, you will have the opportunity to save your Kuinkols, save items in your shopping cart for a later date or view your order history.
Your shipping and billing information will be saved from previous orders to help simplify the checkout steps on your next visits.
How do I apply a coupon code?
To apply for a discount, you will need to enter your coupon code during the checkout. Once you update your cart, your promotional code will automatically give you your discount or special offer.
Please note that most promotional codes are case-sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear (example: in all caps).
Do you offer bulk or group discounts?
Yes! If you are part of a school, daycare, camp, or other organizations please contact our Customer Service, they’ll be happy to assist you.
Personalization
I can't fit my child’s full name on the products preview, what do I do?
Our products have character limits based on how much can fit on the available space. Keep in mind that the more characters you use, the smaller the text will appear. You can use the previewer to get an idea of how your labels will turn out.

Can I include an accent on my kid’s name / last name?
Yes, we can print text with accents or special characters. Use the previewer to get an idea of how your labels will turn out. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@kuinkol.com before placing your order.
Order and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and the Discover Card. You can use any of these cards through our online shopping cart at any time.
Are my credit card details safe?
Your information is safe with us. We offer the best and most secure payment options for easy and safe shopping. We don’t store any payment information. All payment information is encrypted using a SSL Protocol.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Once items have been imprinted, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible; they’ll be happy to assist you.
What currency am I shopping in?
All prices found at www.kuinkol.com are in U.S dollars.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast will I get my order?
Our orders take between 1-3 days in production; this is the number of business days it takes to print your products after you place your order. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived in your estimated timescale?
Please contact our Customer Service so we’ll be able to help you with this.
What if I have entered the wrong mailing address?
If you entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our very best to fix it up before your order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been dispatched it may be too late. However, if your order is returned to us, we will happily redeliver it to your correct address. Depending on your location additional shipping fees may apply.
Return or exchange
I’m not satisfy with a product
Customer satisfaction is very important to us; if you aren’t 100% satisfied with the quality of a product within 30 days of receiving it please contact our customer service. At our discretion, we may arrange to replace or repair it. Please visit our Return Policy for more details.
I changed my mind about my personalized products
Our personalized products are made-to-order according to your specifications, so we are unable to offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. Once your order is received, it quickly goes to the printing department. We cannot make any changes once your order is printed.
If you notice something you want to change in your order please contact our Customer Service immediately.
If your order has not yet been printed, we’ll try our best to make the changes you require. If it has already been printed, we will have to charge an additional fee for reprinting it.
I'm having issues using a product

I received an incorrect order
If you’ve received an incorrect or incomplete order please contact our Customer Service.
I made a mistake on my order
We cannot provide a refund or replacement where a typing error has occurred by the customer when ordering online. We often receive orders containing creative name variations, so spelling mistakes are not apparent to our printing team. Please ensure spelling is checked and all details are correct before completing your checkout.
Where you receive an incorrectly spelt product from us, and the error has been ascertained to come from us, we will reprint the product and post it to you free of charge. Please contact our Customer Service if this occurs.
